Phil Doyle

Philip is an experienced real estate and construction professional with a demonstrated history of overseeing the purchase of existing or undeveloped single and multifamily residential, real estate, making improvements to any buildings or constructing new buildings, and selling or leasing the improved land or buildings for profit. By working in the industry for over twenty years, Phil has intimate knowledge of every step in the process of real estate development, which includes buying land, negotiating with zoning officials for the purpose of being granted permits, and managing the labor that builds a commercial or residential project, all while overseeing the budget and sales teams. In his capacity of owner, Philip offers his unparalleled experience to provide enormous value by heading the design and management department and advising clients through the entire construction process to secure a successful project closeout.
Jay Kister

Jay Kister is the founder and sole owner of Infinity Lending Services, Inc. Mr. Kister grew Infinity from a small brokerage in San Diego, to a multi-state lending operation focused primarily in the Southwest—lending in California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Infinity also supports the DBA Centrix USA. In conjunction with a capital partner, he began NuTrust LLC a Delaware LLC with the goal to flip distressed properties. Beginning with 500,000 in assets Mr. Kister has built a portfolio of 33.2 million in assets. NuTrust LLC began in August of 2014 through December of 2015. Mr. Kister founded and owned Infinity National from its formation in January of 2008 to its acquisition in December of 2011. Infinity National grew from a regional to a national asset management company managing assets in 26 states. Primary services included AVM, BPO, Appraisal, FNMA appraisal reviews, short sale management including fraud reviews and REO management.

Jason Cox
Chief Financial Officer
Jason, MBA, MRED, has a diverse and accomplished background in real estate, finance, and community service. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with majors in Accountancy and Finance and a minor in Economics from Miami University (1992-1996). He later completed an MBA focused on Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame (2002-2003) and a Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California (2004-2005). He started a real estate development company right out of college working in the Neighborhood retail sector where he managed the building and leasing of the portfolio. Upon completion of his work at USC he moved to Charlotte, NC, in 2006, where he established a real estate brokerage and consulting practice, successfully brokering significant hotel deals and securing substantial economic development packages. During the Great Recession, he worked as a Revenue Agent for the IRS, gaining in-depth knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code. In 2011, Jason transitioned to working in the Wealth Management Business for 5 years at Merrill and 5 years at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor, through his experience was able to build a $88 Million book of business with his clients through referrals because of his level of care exhibited for his client's defined goals. Since January 1, 2021, he has been advising developers and family offices on real estate projects and financial opportunities. Jason resides in Cornelius, NC, with his twin children, Macauley and Audrey. Despite living with Multiple Sclerosis for 30 years, he is deeply involved in fundraising and awareness for the disease, serving on the board of various organizations, including Levine Children’s Cancer Champions and Rural Hill Conservancy. Jason is dedicated to supporting the community, inspired by his daughter's successful battle with leukemia.

Larry Clinton

Larry started working in the finance business in 1982 in Redlands California. He ran Finance departments for the auto industry until 1995. In 1996 he led call centers for US Home Loans. Shortly thereafter, he transitioned into a sales director position and ran multiple successful mortgage lending teams until 1999 when he created his own firm, Sunsational Capital Resource Group. Larry transitioned successfully in the Commercial lending space until he returned to Residential Lending and has been leading teams in Orange County, CA ever since.
